Thank you for your engagement during our first Virtual Planning Council meeting. The Council approved 3 important measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the HIV community.

1. Approved a revision of the Emergency Financial Assistance Standard to be include the broader language of emergent needs described in the HRSA standards 16-02.

2. The Council approved an Emergency reallocation of FY 20/21 funds to empower providers the ability to meet the need where the need is as service provision has been interrupted or transformed.

3. The Planning Council also approved to host its Annual Priority Setting and Resource Allocations summit virtually over three (3) days . The date are June 24-26th. The Details of the PSRA will be availible shortly.

About Us

The purpose of the Council is to ensure the development of a client-centered, comprehensive continuum of care for persons living with HIV disease (PLWH) throughout the TGA. In doing so, the Council provides effective planning for the TGA and promotes development of HIV/AIDS health services, personnel, and facilities that meet identified health and support service needs in a cost-effective manner, reduce inefficiencies, and address the needs of uninsured, underinsured, and low-income HIV infected individuals.
